In my experience, taking time to get outdoors, slow down and refresh body and spirit by being out in the beautiful Stroud valleys countryside is so essential to my well-being. I see so many people who work at sedentary jobs, or who get themselves stressed out from so much thinking and the pressure to rush around and Do More all the time. (And I can get myself like that too! Read my latest blog post for the proof.)
It may seem counter-intuitive, but actually stepping off the treadmill and getting yourself outside to savour all nature has to offer (including the wonderful nature of your own body) actually helps us to be more productive, focused and happy. If you'd like to go outside, get moving, feel refreshed and uplifted from connecting with your body and nature around you, I am now offering sessions outdoors. Walking sessions are available now and I am getting ready to launch cycling sessions in the near future.
